We are still here. We are still processing all orders. We are here to help…

As we are now approaching the 5th week of lockdown we are now in a position where we can see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. For what seems like a lifetime we are now all ready to return to some relative form of normality.

Moving forward we would like provide an update on where we stand as of the 18.04.20

Order processing

Although we are extremely busy at this period we are still processing 100% of orders with no delay. We are working days, nights and weekends to ensure all orders placed are despatched the same or next working day.


Hermes, our courier provider is currently operating as normal. Although they are extremely busy they are still processing and delivering all orders. We have received some reports of delayed tracking information when tracking parcels online. Please rest assured that all these parcels are still out for delivery but due to the high volume of parcels being processed through Hermes they are experiencing slight delays in the time it takes to update tracking information that is visible to customers online. Your parcel may already be out for delivery or in transit; the tracking information just may not yet be updated to show its current status.

If you have paid for a 24hr next day delivery service please understand that although Hermes are operating as normal, they are still extremely busy so in some cases there may be a slight delay with the delivery of your parcel. If you have any queries at all regarding the status of your order please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Stock availability

We are now getting back into a position where we are receiving weekly deliveries of key medical supplies such as hand sanitizers, cleaning wipes and PPE. We have limited supply so please be mindful of others and try not to order more than is required. If you wish to place an order with us but are unsure on stock availability then please continue with placing your order. We have temporarily turned off the ability to place back orders so if something is visible to buy from our website then we do have stock of that item available.

The only time something is out of stock is when the item is not visible to see on our site.

We will provide more information on stock availability in the coming days.
